Our device is designed for tracking location and providing alerts. It does not provide health monitoring or veterinary diagnostics.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.

  • You may grant or remove user access through your main account.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts in cases of misuse or violation of these terms.

 

6. Subscription & Payments

If your service requires a subscription:

 

  • Fees must be paid in advance.

  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

 

 

7. Warranty

The device is covered under a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 14 days after receiving your device

The warranty does not cover:

  • Water damage beyond rated specification

  • Misuse or tampering

  • Normal wear and tear

 

 

8. Liability Limitation
