Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview

 

At Livestock Tracker SA, we are committed to providing quality GPS tracking devices.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled.

 


 

2. Return Period

 

You may request a return within:


14 days of receiving your device

After this period, returns may not be accepted unless the product is covered under warranty.

 


 

3. Proof of Damage or Fault (Required)

 

To process any return, replacement, or refund request, the customer must provide:

 

  • Clear photos of the device

  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

  • A short video (if the device is not powering on or not functioning)

  • A written description of the issue

 

This proof must be emailed to:

Returns will not be processed without visual proof of the issue.

 


4. Damaged on Arrival

If the product arrives damaged:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the damage must be provided.

  • The product must remain unused.

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the device, or

  • Issue a refund, at our discretion.

 


5. Faulty or Not Working Device

If the device is not functioning properly:

  1. Our support team will first assist you with troubleshooting.

    • Approve a replacement, or

    • Request that the device be returned for inspection.

      If the issue cannot be resolved, we may:

       

If inspection confirms a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the device.

 


6. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • Damage caused by misuse

  • Water damage beyond rated specifications

  • Physical damage due to improper installation

  • Tampering or attempted repairs

  • SIM or network-related issues outside our control

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Simply because you do not like the product.

 


7. Return Shipping

If the return is approved:

  • The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • The device must be securely packaged.

  • Tracking details must be provided.

If the device is confirmed faulty due to manufacturing defects, we may reimburse reasonable shipping costs.

 


8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective.

 


9. Important Notice

Livestock Tracker SA devices rely on network coverage and GPS availability.

Signal interruptions, weak coverage, or environmental interference do not automatically qualify as device faults.
